 Reporting to the General Manager, Jim will manage all operational aspects of a growing manufacturing company. Currently the company has 200 employees and gross revenue of about $25 million, soon to grow to $30 million. He feels very good about this move:

     "There were deteriorating conditions at my previous employer, in a tight economy. This will allow me to further my education/experience in TOC. It's also more than four times larger than my previous employer in terms of employees and gross revenue, with a better working environment."
